Bell of helmet fame markets a gem-dandy universal cup doodah retainer called
an Octopus.
I have several, in several cars.

Will not hold a conventional martini glass but works spectacularly well for
the common 'Latte' cups. Of course you DO use recyclable cups, right? If

Cleanable, stable, adjusts automatically to your cup dimensions (from AAto
whatever) painlessly, movable, no screwing required, batteries not
included. Comes in formal black to match the rest of your later vanagon
decor.
