One reply mentioned the Natchez Trace but I'll add to that: We always find some excuse to drive the Trace anytime we're in the area. It is a perfect road for a slow cruise with lots of stops. There are 3 very nice campgrounds -- all free -- very woodsy. If you really ease down to a tourist pace and see the sights and take the walks the CGs are about 1 day apart.

Think of it as a national park that's 1 mile wide and 400 miles long. Catch it just south of Nashville and it'll take you to Natchez.

Other things suggested really depend on what you like but if you enjoy a Westy and aren't in a hurry then I would think the Trace is just the thing.

Geo
