Oh sorry, misunderstanding... What I meant: The european -´90 vanagons were hauled to Oettinger. The WBX6 could be ordered at the VW dealer.

How and why and when the RSA´s got the WBX6, I don´t know. Just my own opinion: I´d think RSA Vanagons with WBX6 were converted after delivery.

But you have a point there: Syncro with large windows, how´s that possible?

The ETKA states Vanagons in South Africa starting MY95. My conclusion was, that before 95 the Vanagons were basically RHD-Vanagons with the common early body style.
