You may be speaking of the movie, "No Parking". The last I saw, the movie makers were looking for a company to distribute the movie for them. You may look at noparkingthemovie.com for an update if we are both referring to the same movie.

It looks like it will be a good one to pass on the VW bus mythology to the next generation. Yea, too bad the star is not a Vanagon.
