This is easy as long as the bolts are not rusted to the barrels in the rubber mounts. The outer mounts are slotted to adjust the camber. The inners are slotted to adjust the toe.

But, but...The name of this thread is "adjusting rear camber". I'm still hoping to hear from someone who has actually done it. I have no problem measuring it, my problem is changing it.
