So I must have got a little over excited and a little wish full thinking, So I was driving the van today and its still doing it. I will un-plug the OX sensor and see if that helps. I will also replace the temp 2 sensor tomorrow.

So I have an update. I tried swapping out most everything I could (air flow meter, plug wires, throttle body, coil, ECU, and more) but I got some advice from a list-E to check my distributor. Well I took it apart and found it dry and corroded, The mechanical vacuum advance arm was sticking (dry, not lubed) I used some Marvel Mystery oil and lubricated all the moving parts and cleaned it up, put it back together and back in the van, Now it is running great...... Tell next time..... Thanks for all your help and support :-)

I just went through that. Open up the distributor, see if the Hall effect isn't loose or moving around in there. Had to epoxy mine back in place and it fixed the problem.

Jim C Mexico BTW Jake- are you a player? I do jazz.
