When the rubber head gasket leaks on our wasserboxers, you're only going to get coolant leaking, no oil. When my head gasket leaked it dribbles down right where the head meets the cylinders. I don't know that it can migrate down to the underside of the engine.

As for Bars, I just used one bottle when I did mine.
