If you think that a topic should be Friday material, the correct
action is to notify Ben and me of the issue, *NOT* to compound the
problem by chipping in yourself.  We try to run this outfit based on
what we ought to do, not on what we think we can get away with.

Volks, since LP safety is very much a Westy concern, I rule that the
discussion so far, including Dave McN's last message except for the
introduction, is legitimate but has strayed (partly thanks to me)
about as far as it can without becoming a Friday topic.
