Two suggestions: 1) Fit a high-beam relay. You'll be running 4 filamentss instead of 2, loading the wiring. 2) when trying the grill and inner lights for fitting, do ONE light at a time... or risk fumbling and dropping one of the lights.

For the light drilling, someone could post exact measurements of the hole-spacing ask someone for the hole-spacimg and measurements to the nearest distinct feature on the grill opening (eg body seam) to eliminate the need for folk to have to work out by trial where the holes should go.

Sudhir, if yours is that far out, why not redrill? Plenty of metal between the bad holes and the spots they should go.
