A small suggestion for those that are nervous about using propane. Install a "Sniffer" and cutoff solenoid in the low pressure side of the regulator. This is a very common practice in boating. The sniffer should be located in a place nearest the floor and the switch/breaker up on the counter. When it is energized it "sniffs" first and if there is LPG present it will NOT open the valve. Conversely, If at any time during the use of gas appliances it detects gas it will shut the solenoid off not permitting any more gas past it. I have owned a number of sailboats over the years and have had a lpg sniffer in every one. Its a about as safe as you can get. My 2 cents.
