It was stolen/recovered in 2005 in Seattle. It has had a duplicate title
issued (as above) and this current
owner knows nothing at all about vanagons or Syncro's. Lotta $$ for a
checkered history AFAIC.

'87 Syncro Westy ... which is Titian Red, not Burgundy, which as far as I
know was not a vanagon
color on Syncro's in '87, but I could be wrong.

In fact:

Mocha Brown

Savanah Beige Metalic

Marine Blue

Flash Silver Metalic

Dove Blue Metalic

Titian Red Metalic

Wolfram Grey Metalic

..... were the only colors available.
