Upon removing my z bed, I discovered the "goldish" lower bracket was loose, as the bolt was spinning the bracket. So I got behind the panel with my trusty 36 inch pry bar, inserted it into the "square" of the bracket and continued about removing the bolt and the bed. Well, come to fiqure out the bracket was not even threaded into the wall/frame of the van. I don't see how it will actually thread, as there are no threads even there. On the other side, a nut or threads are welded on the "inside" of the wall, so I can re-install the bracket prior to re-installing the bed frame. Am I missing something? Manfacturing goof? Does the bracket go somewhere else? -- Bobby Brown |
