Subject: Lock re-keying
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hello List,

I've been looking for someone to rekey all of my lock cores but haven't had much luck and am interested if there is still anyone associated with the list or online that could do a good job rekeying all of my lock cores.

I have an '83 Westy with lock cores that match two different keys (3 if you count the gas tank) and i'm not happy with the match of the primary key as it was a reproduction and is worn. I purchased a few new keys and had them cut to match the wrong core (dang it!) so at this point all of my good keys only work in one lock. I'd like to have the whole set of lock cores rekeyed to match the good keys, and done in a professional manner. I've watched some locksmiths grind and file until things work but with sloppy results and am tired of keys that occasionally bind etc.

Any leads on a good locksmith appreciated. I'll be glad to pull cores and mail them with keys. I'm also due to be in Memphis TN/North MS. across to the NC Coast and down the SC coast over the next month if there is a known good automotive locksmith on that route.

Thanks,

Jonathan Poole
