Jim, unplug the connector from the back of the switch and look for 12v (key on) on any of the leads. I'm betting you won't find it.

If not, your problem is between there and the fuse/relay panel, or possibly the X-contact relay (in which case headlights and such also won't work) -- or else the motor is frozen, in which case you'll get a good spark and heavy draw when jumpering the high speed.

If you do, jumper that lead to each of the three others. I'm guessing that the motor will run. If the motor does run, then you've had the bad luck to have two bad switches in a row, or a bad supply connection on the plug.
