I on the other hand would say the chrome hupcaps are normal on all early 2WD vans until about 84, where they can have either chrome caps, or what I call the 'silver dome' hubcaps.............. with exceptions.

the 82 diesel, perhaps depending on L or GL trim, had either chrome hupcaps or plastic ones that 'look' sort of like wire spoke wheels, sort of. Those I don't like, as they are trying to look like something they are not.

I think the chrome caps are cool, I wish they'd fit on my south african steel 15 inch wheels , for that "15 inch black painted steel wheel cop car" look.
