Hi Kim, I have taken apart and rekeyed a good number of Vanagon front door locks. When I used to be a Vanagon hoarder, I keyed all 14 in my possession to a single key. Both power & non-power lock doors used the same lock cylinder which IIRC is the one with the square end. That square peg is the one that fits the square hole on the two-pronged arm (for lack of proper name) which moves the latch release.
