well, they are kinda funny.
in a stock diesel vanagon you get to right about 52 mph, and it 'feels' and
sounds like it's time for the next gear - power drops off, and revs are
high........but .....shoot ! 'I've been in 4th gear since about 35 mph !"
surely the lowest geared car or van ever sold in the US.
and funny thing is ........it doesn't seem to help that much anyway, such
low gearing.
