Those are all good suggestions. I would try a couple of easy things also.

First disconnect the O2 sensor. Granted it is not a likely suspect for cold idle problems but worth a shot.

Next I would focus on the TEMP2 sensor. Disconnect and reconnect the plug several times to "clean" the connection. This worked for me once with a very similar problem. If you have an Ohm Meter I would compare it's resistance with the TEMP1 sensor. This trick will only work when both sensors are at the same temperature, like first thing in the morning. At the ECU plug, hold the black lead on pin 6 (sensor common) and compare the readings between pins 9 and 10. They should be less than 10% of each other.
