Thanks Scott - I hear the fuel pump clicking on and off - so i think it's definitely electrical. Previously, I had to reground the wire on the left of the engine block (the bolt where it was grounded broke off), so I wonder if my new ground wire is not working OR it's just a bad fuel pump relay. Will try replacing that to see if it remedies the problem. Just curious - where's the best place to install a fuel pressure gauge?
