Gary Lee makes them. I've got one installed in my van and it's one of the best things we did - after the BZ shelf, of course. :^)

The cot is completely overbuilt, and though it should only hold 100 lb. or less, I've had three kids up there and it was never stressed. You can see pictures of them here: http://www.telusplanet.net/public/gary2a/rack/frontbed/frontbed.htm

Not certain if this is what the seller has, but writhe a look if you 1) have kids, or 2) need to store extra gear when camped.
