Looks similar to the bag offered by Go Westy. I bought one of these from a list member (don't recall who) and used it on a trip a couple years ago. Worked OK except that rain water did manage to get inside, and, since it was fairly well sealed, nothing ever dried out. Second problem was that the tie down straps kinda disintegrated in the wind; ends got all frayed.

Not a bad idea, but I haven't used it since.
