you should add it to the pressure bottle, like when it's stone cold. such some a-frz out if you have to, put in the Bars Lk. then DRIVE the van, with both heaters in full warm positon, until it's thoroughly warmed up.

just adding it to the overflow bottle would keep it concntrated in the overflow bottle, and perhaps at the top of the pressure bottle. It is milky white ....it's got a water soluble oil in it I think.........and if it's not throoughly mixed throughout the entire cooling system ...that could account for the whiteness.
