Subject: Recovered my stolen 90 Multivan
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Hi everyone,

I haven't posted in forever but I do lurk from time to time. But I need some input now. My 90 Multivan was stolen on 1/11/10. I had a sinking feeling then that I'd never see it again and DIDN'T want to see it if it was stripped or wrecked, but I was thrilled when I got it back this past Monday holiday. Of course, they cleaned out my glove box, the bench and the cabinets. And pulled out the radio and one set of speakers. They also mangled the passenger door handle and the ignition. That stuff can be replaced but they stole my storage trays which, I know from reading this list, will be next to impossible to replace.

I'm now filling out paperwork and the insurance adjuster is coming on Saturday to take photos and make notes. Any information you can pass along to me that may help in this situation, I'd sure appreciate.

It's funny how I took my Vanagon for granted until it was gone and now I've "fallen in love again".
