I did two warranty returns this year with them.  Both Optima batteries, both times they asked me to leave the batteries over night where they put them on a charger.  Both times they found issues and gave me a dollars off a new battery of the same time from the pro-rated warranty.

Ultimas are not what they are cracked up to be, but can't complain at how Walmart treated me.

For what it is worth, I could have bought three of their regular ones for the price of the Optima
