Subject:      low speed fan on all the time while van is running

On my 87 van the low speed coolant fan runs all the time while the van is running and only when the van is running.   It has AC so I am guessing that this circuit is the problem.   Since I never use the AC is there some way to eliminate the AC control of the coolant fan?   Thanks, Gary
