Yep, early Dodge A100 van.  What's throwing you is that it is a LWB in the commercial and those had the extra length right behind the front doors (five windows per side instead of 4 on the SWB) so what you see in the commercial appears to be blank side.  The doors are there, but just out of frame to the left.

I'd say it's a mid 60s Dodge van, especially looking at the shape of the door and it's window frame. The thing that throws me is no barn doors on the passenger side.
