Interesting, I downloaded their catalog and they don't just do aluminum. They even do iron Mercedes 240D heads back to 1973.

VW head where made in Poland, and you can still get some new Poland head in Europe. VW Canada rebuilt engine sold as NEW (HA HA HA) have Poland head. AMC never did head for VW.

This is a logical choice, head casted in the 80 of head casted today! The warmest spot on an engine is at the head, they take all the beating.

I just cut in half a Bosch fuel pump because it was pissing me off, it was the third one ordered (noisy like hell). Inside the casing you can read: Made in China. I call back my provider and ask him my money back, i got it!
