By far the most amazing tool I own for removing pinstipes, stickers, seam sealer and underbody rustproofing is a Snap On Crud Thug. It uses a rubber wheel and that is what I recommend for pinstripes that are stickers. 3M makes them for drills and they are cost effective. It also has stainless wheels that remove a 3/4" wide path, perfect for seams.
