Never missed them whenever I would forget to reinstall. Unless you like leaving your jumpseats installed all the time, it's just one more thing to fiddle with. Most stuff I store in that area are large enough not to require the trays. I like that term "completist angle". You'll never pass 100 point concourse inspection without them.
