Subject:      Intermittent door chime - something's brewing?

Hi everyone,

I've noticed that my door chime has taken to not chiming every once in
a while when the door is open... in addition, sometimes when I'm
entering the van if I pull on the steering wheel the chime stops
briefly then starts again - that's what concerns me. I'm wondering if
something could be up with the ignition switch or if that even has
anything to do with the door chime.
