Subject: Disconnecting jet in fridge burner for maintenance
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hi,

in the fridge recondition/maintenance articles they talk about cleaning the jet in the burner. The instructions say to hold it up to a light to see if you can see light through it. That means it needs to be taken off, and I can't figure out how to do it. There is a 11mm hex and there are screw threads on the jet itself. Am I supposed to hold on to the jet with something and then loosen the hex nut (I'm not sure it's a nut--it's hard to tell how it's put together).

Anyone done this?

mike
