We've had a ton of snow this winter, here in Durango, and only real cold temps hit in December. I've been here for 20 years and I've never seen it snow like this until the last few years. The old timers say this is how it was back in the day. Still, the beauty of living here is that you can escape the weather if you like. We are right on the edge of the desert. Mountains to the north and New Mexico, Arizona, Mexico to the south!! Miguel
