I managed to "lose" my wallet last night. Had spare Westy keys in it.
T'weren't no dream that I might have lost my Westy, though I suspect
that any crafty thieving types would have been stopped short since the
starter battery is currently disconnected. Thankfully London Drugs
called me this morning to let me know where my wallet was.
Mr. Squirrel.
Far fetched, but since you're doing work on front end... are the
radius arm bushings in good shape?
My mysterious "clunk" happened when parallel parking. Turns out it was
a well worn radius arm clunking in an ovaled hole in subframe.

Just a thought, though I bet yours are fine. (IIRC you have low-ish
miles on your Westy?)
Neil.
