Ah, that scholarship application text was vintage Burning Man! Who knows whether the author thinks it means anything?

Back when I was on the road and keeping my blog up to date, I went to Burning Man. Once was enough for me, but it was definitely fascinating. One of the pieces I wrote on the experience quoted from the descriptions of the various camps, because I found them so wonderfully incomprehensible. Check it out:
