I am replying on-list since that is the way I recd your msg.  Arkady's email
was pmailed to me, so not sure how you censured him for that.
The reason I asked the list is to gain some background on this person and I
have recd some pmails to that effect.  I do not want to assume that there is
some mental handicap on Arkady's part and then reply to him in an
inappropriate manner.  This is not the first email I have gotten from him.
Just looking for some background.
It seems that there IS reason for being offended by him based on his history
on the list that I was not part of.
Keep in mind, I have NOT posted the previous Pmails to the list because that
would be innappropriate. I WILL say that I am not a tattle-tail and have
blocked him as stated previously without the need to contact the moderators
and cry about it.
This is no longer a list concern.  Thank You.
