So you feel that asking 800+ people to comment on your negative experience with an individual is better than discussing it with a moderator first?

Problems regarding individual listees need to be discussed with a moderator so we can avoid written slugfests on the List. It is especially objectionable when you put the individual's name on your subjectline.

If you have a problem with the policy, my mailbox is open 24 hours as is David's.
