I don't have my carat anymore but when I had it I loved those trays. I never used them around town as removing the seats and carrying stuff always risked cracking them. When we would go on a road trip they'd always go in place to hold maps, inverters, sunglasses, parking change, GPS, cables, flashlights right in reach without having to look around. Worth $50 a pair? Probably only if you were used to having them and you drive a Carat with jumpseats. The seatback organizer behind my westy's passenger seat does about the same job (you couldnt use one of these on a Carat jumpseat anyway) and has the advantage that you can put lapel pins of all the parks and such that you visit : )
