I replaced the stock Westy fixture with a Thin-Lite 15 watt, then added an 8 watt over the sink. I really like the Thin-Lites--sleek, well-made and good looking.

The 15 watt draws 1.3 amps; the 8 watt 0.9.

Both from Northern Arizona Wind & Sun: http://store.solar-electric.com/tl-191.html http://store.solar-electric.com/tl-193.html

I've bought 12V LED stuff from TheLEDLight.com: http://theledlight.com/index.html#2 (although not for my Westy--for a 12V cabin system. They have a 25 watt bulb in warm white or daylight that has a standard screw-in base so "regular" fixtures can be used.)

FGI: "marine cabin led light" and you'll hit a jackpot.

I have a couple of these--one over the passenger seat and another for the bench seat: http://www.sailboatstuff.com/cb_ledlight.html scroll to second group, LED Cabin Light. I have the 3 bulb and they are not very bright, but my eyes adapt. I'd wish for a 4 bulb; I have not seen the 6 bulb.

Richard
