I thought everyone did that -
keep a record of what was done to their van, with date and miles - right ?

I keep mine in the same notebook I log fuel purchases in - place, date,
miles, what the fuel cost, and how many gallons.
In another section I log when the trans oil was checked or replaced, when
CV's checked and lubed etc.
it's fun.
