It is either one of the small hoses that attach to the oil cooler. It is a good idea to get both of these, then cut the old ones off and replace. Make sure you have a new oil cooler seal on hand and then do your oil change at the same time. You won't lose any coolant IF you are quick when you cut the hoses, but if you do, it is not much and you can refill it. May want to have some on hand. The reason you have to cut them off is to save time, but they are kinda hard to get back on so take your time. Michael in San Antonio 91GL AT 'Gringo' 73 Beetle
