I am working on one. I have gotten as far as finding a Nissan MAF that is an exact physical replacement for our AFM and is plentiful in salvage yards. It bolts up perfectly to the 2.1L air cleaner box and fits the large hose. I have done some preliminary electrical measurements and things look promising.
