For purposes of troubleshooting the no-start issue in my '88 Westy, can I swap
in the ECU (Bosch 025 906 022D) from my '90 Westy, in place of the 
TA 025 906 022?
Likewise, rather than dis-assemble both distributors to swap the Hall sender,
can I just swap the complete distributor?
Thanks for the suggestions so far. This troubleshooting is slow-going for
me. My fingers don't move very well in the cold!
