I guess I could try venting to the cargo area under the truck bed. I replaced the seals on the treasure chest doors too, so it might be pretty airtight in there as well.

Although, I really hate cutting holes in the body. Even if it's out of sight.

Jeff, Ford Pick-ups have one way rubber vents on the back of the cab--covered by the box or service body. They are about 4x8". The Tristar is a Doka, right?  Not sure if you have a hidden area for a vent like this.  I have turned on my vent fan to high in my company truck and observed the rubber vents open from this pressure. Looking for some insight.  the seal is so good on my Tristar that it is a pain to get the door closed without slamming it.  If you roll the window down an inch, the door closes easily.  I've been trying to think of a good way to create a pressure release, but so far I've come up with nothing.  Any ideas out there in Vanagon land?
