I guess I could try venting to the cargo area under the truck bed.  I
replaced the seals on the treasure chest doors too, so it might be pretty
airtight in there as well.

Although, I really hate cutting holes in the body.  Even if it's out of
sight.

Jeff,
Ford Pick-ups have one way rubber vents on the back of the cab--covered by
the box or service body. They are about 4x8". The Tristar is a Doka, right? 
Not sure if you have a hidden area for a vent like this.  I have turned on
my vent fan to high in my company truck and observed the rubber vents open
from this pressure.

Subject: Vent Question

Looking for some insight.  the seal is so good on my Tristar that it is a
pain to get the door closed without slamming it.  If you roll the window
down an inch, the door closes easily.  I've been trying to think of a good
way to create a pressure release, but so far I've come up with nothing.  Any
ideas out there in Vanagon land?
