If you have a Westy, maybe your seat cushions are flat and have the same comfort as the rear cushion. Those of us with Carat / Wolfsburg beds have to contend with a rear seat that's molded for seating and those undulations can be quite uncomfortable when used for a bed, so I've been thinking about a mattress topper as well.
