Levi, These are the ones I previously referred to as the "flat spoke" R9. The ones you got were probably on a Mercedes 190 as the R9 was used on the AMG Hammer. Other 190 owners wanted to copy the look. Anyway, the width and height of the wheel does not dictate the offset. Yea, Ronal made the 7x15 R9 wheels in multiple offsets. Most commonly found are ET23, 35, 38, and 45. I have seen them in lower ET's but usually Chevy or BMW bolt patterns. Your ET 35 wheels should fit Syncros with no major issues besides possibly longer studs. There are some interference issues on 2wd which can be remedied by correct tire choice and/or spacers.
