Just to clarify, from what I read on the website, it's not "no more" but "no more until they figure out what's going on with this particular case". (I realize that later on you say "it still appears to be an isolated problem, isolated to that one vehicle and shop", but leading with this title might make it stick in people's heads that they have decided to end, rather than just suspend, their AT support.)

I know nothing about it--I haven't seen anything anywhere that actually says 'well, if Bostic did _this_ wrong, it could cause the symptom'. This is just Bostig being cautious, which is something we should appreciate.
