That's basically the wheel that Go Westy uses, I believe. I got mine (when I had them) from TR. IIRC they are 23 ET, meaning they allow the slider to pass by safely by about 1/2" with Michelin 225/75-16 tires on. 5-112 bolt spacing so that works. I'd call TR to check the specs on these. They are HEAVY. Required no spacers/special anything on my van.
