Danny C in Portland OR has a pair of RMW bumpers on his 84 Westy and he raves about them. I got to see and touch them when he camped in my driveway last fall and like Dylan says, they are incredibly well made and finished.

Last December I purposely visited RMW and met the RMW crew when I was in Colorado for Christmas. As I suspected earlier, Mike and Co are serious craftsmen building first quality Vanagon equipment and accessories (and doing very clean Subie conversions).

I was impressed enough to recommend the RMW bumpers for a van I'm restoring for someone else. He chose the Mt Antero for the front and their fully optioned rear bumper. Holy Cow! They are due to ship very soon and I will gladly make arrangement for others in the Northwest to come over and see them when they arrive.

I had only seen pictures of the Rocky Mtn Westy bumper setup until yesterday. Very impressive! I have owned many of the different bumpers available for the vanagon, and these are no joke. Strenght and craftsmanship are top notch. The spray finish is excellent.
