Well, being on the heavier side like someone else mentioned and a herniated disk to boot the extra padding would be nice. The bed is plenty comfortable but the extra woul dbe nice.

Also, I was thinking more something I could put in the rear pad cover and not something we'd have to pakc up all the time.
