The fuel level sensor O ring?

What else did you replace on your tank?

One flaw in my tank re-do (new tank/seals etc.) was using zap straps to attach hoses between cross over tube and expansion tanks. On driver side, I can see a stain at each end of 1 hose when tank full. Either I didn't put those straps on tight enough or it's just the wrong thing to do. (like next time I'd use FI clamps)

Long shot, but when you remove the gas cap, is tank pressurized?

i.e. is the Vanagon EVAP system correctly interfaced with the Zetec?
